A Homecoming Back to Myself
I didn’t learn how to lead, heal, or hold others from a book.
I learned it by walking through my own becoming.
For years, I moved through the world carrying expectations, titles, and responsibilities placed on me overnight. I did what so many of us do: I pushed, performed, worked twice as hard, and tried to prove I belonged.
But beneath all of that, something quieter was calling me.
A whisper asking me to slow down.
A longing to feel rooted in my own truth.
A remembering of the woman I had always been.
The journey back to myself wasn’t linear or easy. It was foggy, tender, challenging, and transformative. But it’s the path that taught me everything I now bring into my work, not just the strategies or the experience, but the love, the compassion, the sense of possibility, and the belief that our lives can expand in ways we’ve never been told to imagine.
And I want to help other women of color come home to themselves, too. Gently, powerfully, and without apology.
For the last seventeen years, I’ve led in the nonprofit sector from operations and programs to multimillion-dollar budgets, system-building, organizational culture, and DEIB transformation. I co-founded Your Truth At Work, a WOC-led consulting agency dedicated to dismantling oppressive workplace structures and honoring the healing of marginalized communities.
But more than anything, I create spaces, sacred, intentional, loving spaces, where women and gender-expansive people of color feel seen, held, and reminded of their innate possibility.
Spaces where your voice matters. Where your story is honored. Where your wisdom leads.
Who I Am Today
I am a coach, facilitator, and storyteller.
A first-generation daughter of immigrants.
A Latina born and raised in Los Angeles.
A woman shaped by community, love, resilience, and truth.
What I Believe
I believe healing doesn’t require fixing, it requires remembering.
I believe you already hold everything you need inside you.
I believe in the power of community, tenderness, and truth.
I believe in the expansiveness of your life, the life that’s calling you forward.
And I believe your becoming deserves to be witnessed with deep care.
My Work Today
Through coaching, gatherings, workshops, and sacred community experiences, I support women and gender-expansive people of color who are ready to:
reconnect with their inner wisdom
reclaim forgotten parts of themselves
release old stories and limitations
expand into new possibilities
lead and live from a grounded, rooted truth
My work is a homecoming. A remembering.
A return to the you that has always been there waiting to be seen.
